red pebble web design is a one-person web design and development business owned and inspired by me, Jane Reed.
I started this business in 2005 after my previous career in natural sciences morphed from field and lab work into the creation of educational websites ABOUT science (Duluth Streams and Canada Lynx in the Great Lakes to name a couple). With the encouragement and advice of co-workers and many self-employed friends, I took the leap and started red pebble.
I love to design simple clean websites, and am happy to spend hours writing the most beautiful code I can muster. My non-coding friends don't always understand, but they are happy to see the results of my efforts.
When I'm not cloistered in my office staring at my shiny bright Apple, I like to play outside in my gardens, on my bicycles, in the snow, and on Lake Superior.
Location
Located in Suite #406 of the historic Dewitt-Seitz building. My office overlooks charming Canal Park and Lake Superior.
